If anyone has an Allstate claim they will refuse your business!!!!!! was told they wouldn't work on our vehicle because it was an Allstate claim! we have already gotten the check and booked this appointment over a month ago and they knew it was an Allstate claim when booking ! the day we got it dropped off they was overbooked so gave us some excuse!!!!!!! absolutely rude and rediculous customer service! I will never bring a vehicle to be serviced here again I brought a truck in to have a ecm flashed and they found a couple bad ground wires fixed the problem I had with my truck not running right. But when I go to pick the truck up neither my gad gauge or my temp gauge are working when they were when I dropped it off I call and complain they look at it again and now they really don't know what is wrong with it but want me to pay 300 for a temp sensor and a wire connector.
