Improve communications especially in the last week before closing. A few phone calls could have prevented some of the issues we had. We were tied up with the closing and moving arrangement for a house we sold. You message was buried within at least 50 other messages. Sine it was critical a simple heads up by phone would have prevented any issues. You did not give a road map of what would happen and of critical steps.
