Couldn’t be more pleased with the performance of Zach, Nate and Kevin.Their professionalism went above and beyond their knowledge of the job and the confidence my wife and I placed in them was well founded. We recently had Basement Systems USA perform the encapsulation of 2 crawl spaces. Our positive experience started with the sales individual Jeff who was a pleasure to work with. It was a no pressure sales pitch where the options were explained, cost saving ideas were proposed and a fair price was offered right on the spot. Javier Villagomez did some work for us by adding a new protective bubble over our window well. Javier does excellent work, is professional, friendly and went above and beyond. We highly recommend him and Basement Systems. They have greatly helped us over the years.
Hired to do basement encapsulation. Everything looks good. They were able to avoid my sewer lateral and go underneath of it so I didn't have any access issues. Hold insulation was removed. They even patched up a couple areas near the beams for me with some spray foam. They were able to answer any questions that I had through the process and they did a pretty good job cleaning up
Crawlspace Encapsulation - Bernie and his team did an excellent job. My son had just purchased a home and the first thing on the list was to encapsulate the crawlspace. Basement Systems USA was very responsive and came right over to give us an estimate. Within a few weeks the did the work and it came out better than expected. They explained everything along the way.
