Dr. Bass and everyone working at his office did their usual great job again today. I’ve never had anything less than great service on any visit. Very pleasant first visit. Everyone was friendly, competent and attentive. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. Visiting them felt like visiting friends that I have not seen in a very long time.

Small wait time to get to room and for doctor to see us. Assessment was quick and all were very accommodating to work out details for second appointment in a few days.
Everyone was nice, friendly and patient! They took great care of me during my procedure....from the time I walked in the door until the time they wheeled me out to the car! I would recommend Bass & Hall to everyone I encounter!
