I had my first visit yesterday, and was very pleased with all the staff I interacted with, from the reception desk to the lady who scheduled my next procedure and collected payment. Dr. Hall was very personable and approachable, attentively listened to the issue that brought me to her office (referred by my regular dentist), examined me and explained the recommended procedure. Everyone was very nice and efficient. It was very clean and they were doing a ton to keep it safe during this time. My teeth were cleaned by Judy, who was patient and gentle and got my teeth really clean
Dr. Hall is the sweetest and most kind dentist I've ever seen, and I've seen a LOT! She originally did laser surgery and has helped me with two separate problems I've had since. The front staff are also super nice and everyone there seems like they really enjoy their jobs, which I believe is a great sign of a positive working environment. Can't thank Dr. Hall enough for everything she has done for me!
Two side by side molar implants later I am very happy with the process. Dr Hall and her team are real pros and welcoming. I felt safe and confident for my appointments during the Covid 19 outbreak. I was amazed at how little pain and discomfort I experienced throughout the implant process.
