The end result was great we love how our bathtub came out. We had a few challenges like an odd window and a linen closet that required a lot of work to fit the bath fitter around our installer did a wonderful job. We did have a problem that all customers should think about we were lucky to have noticed that they were installing the wrong pattern it was a mistake when the info went from the order to the actual supply sheet. Dylan and Tony did a very clean and professional installation of our shower stall, my wife has no problems getting in or out now with her leg problems. This is my 2nd job with bath fitters 1st one was more then 25 years ago and held up great.
Bathfitters were an awesome company. they did exactly as ordered and promised . I would definitely work with them again anytime. On time, professional, and very personable.

chuck is a very neat worker and did a fantastic job on my shower. bath fitter is a top shelf in my book and so are the workmen.
Joel did a fantastic job from start to finish. He updated us on his progress each step of the way. As part of the installation, 2 smoke alarms were installed in our 2 bedrooms. Later in the day, my wife and I heard a loud noise. When I went to investigate, I noticed the smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms was laying on the floor. I looked up and saw the smoke alarm was installed on the ceiling using two small pieces of double sided tape ! Men arrived at 8:45 and covered my floors to protect them. They removed my full wall tub and replaced it with a shower and new plumbing. They cleaned up and were gone at 4:20. Very happy with everything. I would hire them again.
