These idiots called me at EIGHT THIRTY IN THE MORNING for a confirmation of an appointment I had at 1:00 the NEXT DAY! When I called back to complain to their manager Tom I said, "Why do you call people before 9:00 am?" He said "That's when people are home." I said, "Tom, that's when people are SLEEPING! My dealings with the Buffalo, NY Office were positively dreadful. The installer Rob S was good and they have a good product but this location appears to be severely mismanaged. The biggest issue is that I paid them in full upon completion on a Wednesday and the following Monday they charged me a second time even though I was told that they don't keep our financial information on file when I called them on Wednesday. A first time customer, I had new service done 5/23/14, to remove existing tub & wall; add new tub with new surround. Finished in one day as promised. My issue is that 2 and a half years later, There is a foot wide split/crack on the bottom of the tub near the end. It is now unusable because it will leak if used. I can't rent out my property until this is taken care of ASAP. After paying $5,665 you'd expect a tub to last at least a decade! I called Bath Fitter to come a look.
