I would like to tell you that Chuck @ Justin did an excellent job on my bathroom. they arrived when they were supposed to ready to work. They made sure that things were being done as ordered. Everything was done in a timely fashion. When they were finished they cleaned up and you would not believe that anyone had been there. I am very pleased with there work. Sincerely Agnes Schleer

Amazing company to work with. Chuck did my installation. He was on time, efficient and very clean. My shower turned out perfect! I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter Buffalo!

Excellent from start to finish, Billy was very friendly and informative, got us exactly what we wanted in a short amount of time which was great because our tub was cracked. Installers Dylan and Justin were also Excellent very friendly and did great work in just a few hours even worked through their lunch to finish the job. Overall an Excellent experience and we will refer to friends and family.

Salesman Tony Gatto was great, I must've called him 5-6 times after he left & he answered all my questions & issues. Installers Joe A & Dan V were done in 4 hrs! We had a tub replaced by a walk-in shower & wainscoting put over the existing wall tile. They put plastic on the floor & carpeting leading to the bathroom, cleaned up everything & explained cleaning products & care & both were very polite & friendly. We love our new bathroom!

Just had 2 bathrooms done. Tore out a garden tub and replaced with shower and tore out old.tub/shower and installed new Our installer Todd was wonderful. Polite, professional and answered all my concerns and.questions. Layed rugs down for protection and cleaned as he went. We are extremely pleased and enjoying using our new bathrooms. I have recommended to friend and she has hers installed now too. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks for everything

We had Chuck, install our new walk-in shower today and we couldn't be happier. He was courteous, on time, cleaned up the demolition from our tub /shower and had the new shower installed by 2:00 pm. He did a great job! Thank you Chuck! We highly recommend Bath Fitter and Chuck!
