We met with Chris Shetley who was outstanding in presenting the walk-in shower features. His suggestion’s helped us in our decision to go with Bath Fitter. Very knowledgeable, compassionate and eager to help young man. Hopefully, the installation and product will be as satisfying to us as Chris was in helping us. Transformed our small bathroom into a bright and shiny room, so much more room with the way they designed the tub area. Very easy to keep clean and maintain! If something is just not right, they are out here taking care of it & the best part, it’s guaranteed for life! Ian from the Marilyn Heights location does absolutely incredible work and couldn't be a better representative of the Bath Fitter company. He's thorough, professional, clean, respectful, and patient. Exact measurements. Products all available through Bath fitter. Excellent Installation Job on date and one day as promised. complete clean up and removal of old products. Full lifetime warranty for caulking and products. Protected floors and rugs as promised. Expensive yes, but you get the best. This is my second use of them. Contactless for COVID rules followed.
