I had my new walk-in shower put in today. From the meeting with the estimator, Matt, confirmation of my appointment and arrival of the guys today so far everything has been very easy and pleasant. They tore out that old bathtub and had the new shower installed in about 5 1/2 hours, start to finish! The guys were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jarrett and John for making my dreams of a new bathroom experience, come to life.
My husband and I are thrilled with our new tub to shower conversion! The process was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Joe, our salesperson, was very informative and helpful. He walked us through the design process and definitely made sure that we were going to get exactly what we wanted. Starting with the sales rep. very professionial and thorough. Didn't push a bunch of sutff we weren't interested. Stayed on point and did a great job. The installation couldn't have gone smoother. Put down tarps to protect carpets from first to 2nd floor bathroom. Job was completed in about 6 hours. Beautiful job! Cleaned up. Crew was polite, thorough and great.
