The customer service at BRTCU has been exceptional since I joined. I never wait long for assistance when I do have to go inside, and the tellers are always so helpful. I never wait long at the window either. I also love the texting with a CSR option as well. I love easy it is to deposit money at the ATM also. If you're in search of a banking home definitely give Baton Rouge Telco a try!

Oh my goodness, I talked to Tiara, and she was a life saver. My card was locked I and I was trying to pay BRWW, she helped me by unlocking my card for me I couldn't get water works number she was kind enough to give it to me, she listed on the cell as I called on my home phone and helped me so much, thank you Tiara for your patience and kindness.
Gina was pleasant, a good listener, and very helpful. She understood my problem and took action immediately. She followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and provided helpful information. She genuinely wanted to reslove my problem and ensure that I was satisfied.
