She heard my concerns; verified with me what I was attempting to do. She then provided additional pertinent information and completed the transaction.
I been with telco about 7 months and they have been really good working with me. Sometimes we have problems like Covid, death in your family, starting a new job or whatever the situation is, I had to overdraft my account a couple times and there is this lady MS.
