Service was excellent! I felt very valued as a member. I was treated with courtesy, compassion, and professionalism. The manager took the time to answer all of my questions and was very patient. She made me feel like I was not a number, but a very valued member on a personable level. I will definitely recommend Baton Rouge Telco Federal Credit Union to family and friends. It has been a pleasure thus far, and look forward to conducting business with them in the future.

She was very thorough and ensured my needs were fully met prior to our phone call ending. Very kind and truly had a spirit of excellence.
I love Baton Rouge Telco! They have been my banking institution for over 15 years. Absolutely the BEST service you will ever receive from a credit union! I love their customer service— especially Ms. Deidra Lewis for going above and beyond. She IS a phenomenal representative at the Goodwood Branch location in Baton Rouge!!
