I love my BRTelco experience with every contact. The employees are all happy, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and resolve my issue in 1 contact! Tiara was very helpful and made sure I understood everything she was doing to assist with my issues. I highly recommend this credit union to friends and family.
Horrible!!!! Wish I could give them zero stars! I've had nothing but trouble since I've started banking with them. First the atm steals my money then I deposit a mobile check and they're holding my check for 10 days as if it's a huge check and when I asked they said at first they can't do anything cause part of it was given to me already then we looked at my account and seen that that was a lie and none had been released and now it's a whole other story saying maybe go in to the branch and they might be able to help! Frustration happens when story told over and over and we take someones work for something we doing invalid.We believe but you feel penalized fir following rules .Thank you telco fir understanding my problem with only a small 25 stop payment fee.I was told invalid to reverse cancel within 24 hours Nice to get sn employee that picks ball up and sees your point Thank you

Receptionist Jade Byrd was so helpful and kind to assist me with my issues I came in for. She also got me with the right person Mrs. Williams who got my issues resolved. Both employees were very helpful, kind and supportive and courteous . Assets to your company.
Mrs Cassandra Williams was outstanding, kind, courteous and so thoughtful. Mrs Williams went out of her way to solve my problems. She is a great asset to the company.
