Excellent, down to earth service! The techs at Bavarian Auto Repair notified us of several issues they found with our Mini. However, they didn’t use hard-sell tactics. They let us know which issues they recommended be addressed ASAP, and which issues that could wait to be addressed at a later time. On a prior visit, I was pleasantly surprised to actually pay less for a minor repair than the initial estimate. This is a welcome change from other auto repair shops we’ve used in the past!
