New key The service tech took extra time to get the new key for my BMW to work. Very pleasant and knowledgeable
So far so good! Ty was a true professional, very upfront, and thorough! The shop is clean and comfortable. These are guys that seem to want to just fix cars without the dealer bureaucracy! So far, these guys are the real deal!

Great service I have taken my VW and my wife’s VW to Bavarian auto and both times they have done stellar jobs. They’re always very transparent and open. I never feel like I’m getting overcharged for the service they provide. They also have excellent customer service and know how to treat people.
