"Great service advisor. " I recently had my windshield replaced on my 2019 Nissan Altima and needed ADAS recalibration. I had spoken to one of the service advisors, Raj, who had quoted me around $300 over the phone to complete the calibration. I go in person on a Saturday, and speak to Raj, he instructs me to wait in the waiting room while he finds out how long the process will take given it was a busy day for them. 20 minutes later - no update.
