I wasn't happy with my first visit. No one offered to help. I had to seek help. Also the car I wanted to buy was viewed by 2 other people and I understand it's business but I think a conversation about if we were ready would of been nice. I went back 2 weeks later because I realize it's business and I love the cars I saw. I was helped by David Martin and was very helpful and when we left it know if friendshe and family needed a car I will be calling him.

I had never leased a brand new car before and when I decided to move forward with doing this for the first time, I was happy with the car I chose. My sales rep, Gary was knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me where everything was in the car. He also setup my bluetooth. I felt comfortable while I was at the dealership. I only wished the maintenance contract was explained in more detail by management and I was surprised that Ray, the person whole prepared my paperwork would not give me his business card...

Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure this was the best deal for me and for that he get mega kudos. I'm so glad i went to Bay Ridge Nissan for my car purchase. From sales all the wat to customer service they make you feel like family. My salesperson Gary did everything possible to get me into a car with my credit situation. the finance department assured me that they could get financing for me and it happened. i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
