"Great Buying Experience" Purchasing a certified used car at Bay Ridge Nissan was a great experience. Reggie, Rob, Samantha and the entire team at Bay Ridge Nissan were professional, patient, friendly and helpuf through each phase of our purchasing experience. All of our questions were answered and we had time to research the car we wanted and took it on a realistic test drive. Once we made our decision the price we agreed upon was outstanding. I highly recommend this dealership when it's time to buy a new or used vehicle!

"My experience at Bay Ridge Nissan" Thanks to Robert’s professional assistance, I was able to seamlessly transition from my previous lease to a new lease in one day, under 2 hours spent at the dealership! He was able to provide information at a flash, and knew where his inventory was stored at a moments notice. There is no doubt I will be dealing with Robert in my future leases at Bay Ridge Nissan.

"First Time - Great Experience" My first time here and found the service fast and pleasant. Staff are cheerful and very helpful, in particular, Raj. He explained everything to me and was patient and understanding. When I mentioned I needed to make a meeting he got me out quickly. Customer lounge is nice with free coffee and Danishes.

"Awful stress full experience" Stopped by dealership to check out the cars. Manager Chris offered to find me a car and requested a deposit. I paid. He didn’t find me a car within the period we agreed on and I requested refund. The agent was instructed by Chris to fill out the paperwork and promised that I will get the refund within 7 business days. It’s 14 days since then, I contacted them again and they promised to check, but still no refund. I only wish that I checked their reviews before I went there. Only 2 stars out of ... read more
