Ask for the salesperson Lei Wang when you come here. I've purchased my last two vehicles at this dealership and he's been a pleasure to deal with every time, very courteous and personable. I definitely got to give full credit to Samantha Rodriguez for her outstanding job. When I first came across Samantha I was surprised to find out that I was her first client she may sell car to, especially being that I came around to purchase my first vehicle. I live in New Jersey and broke down in Brooklyn so I took it to the nearest Nissan dealership(thinking it was like any other dealership). I had the service department work on my car for about a week. I go to pick up my car and it is absolutely filthy. It was covered in rust residue, dirt, bird poop, and salt as if it was parked under a bridge. My door handle was also coming apart. I had a great experience with Chloe when I came to buy my vehicle! It was my first vehicle since after the pandemic so I was a bit apprehensive but she was patient, friendly and transparent. Tommy is the BEST!! He’s all about customer service, and how best he can meet your needs when obtaining a new vehicle. He’s very knowledgeable in his work of expertise.
