Very loving staff.
6 mo. Check up and cleaning I always look forward to having my teeth cleaned even though my nasty habit of forgetting to floss makes it somewhat uncomfortable. Angela is always thorough and patient with me. I love being able to come in at 7am in time to be to work at 8. I also love the free whitening program!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care!!

My initial visit was very comfortable. Everyone was very personable and professional. Dr. Miller himself, as well as the staff was very informative, and took the time to explain and answer, any and all of my questions and concerns.
High quality; Friendly; Understanding; Gentle Due to horrible experiences as a child, I had a real fear of going to the dentist! But today changed that and you have no idea how wonderful that is after 71 years. The entire staff was understanding and calmed my nerves. The procedure was painless and did not take as long as I anticipated! I even made another appointment for July,. THANK YOU BAY SMILE DOCS for this amazing experience!!!!
Broke my front tooth and since we recently moved here, did not know any dentist. Dr Melzer worked me in, even tho they were fully booked. I felt traumatized and upset but the entire staff put me at ease and made me feel confident that I was in good hands.
Painless Experience I got a new crown and I must say there was no pain, not even from getting numb! Also, love the new process where they prepare, make, and deliver the crown all on the same day (and no more taking icky impressions). The dentist and staff are all very professional and friendly.
