Well Organized! The staff at Bay Smiles Docs are very pleasant to work with but most importantly the dental treatment is focused on quality and doing the right thing for the patient.
Cleaning & Xrays and dental exam by Clay. As always, Katie Maxwell did a great job with my cleaning. She is awesome! Gentle, thorough, and patient. I have had a lot of work done in my mouth, and she is always conscious to use special tools that may be necessary. Doc Clay did his annual exam and addressed some concerns I had about a splint and its rough edges that I began to feel. He got me right back in a week later to remedy same, with his usual artful skills! I call him my tooth artist! He is a gem!
Friendly and professional Today was my first visit to the Panama City Beach office and I was very pleased. Everyone was very nice and did a great job. My previous dentist retired. It is always difficult to choose new medical care but I can tell Dr. Gangwisch, Sharon, Karen and his staff are a good choice!
Greatest Dentistry I know of. The staff of Bay Smile Docs are the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Since my first visit of many years in the past for a tooth extraction, I knew I had found my Dentist in Dr. Grandy. With out pain from the extraction and no pain afterward. Professional and friendly Like me, most people do not like going to the doctor, especially a dentist. Everyone was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctor was friendly but straight forward about the procedures I would need. He seemed genuinely concerned about the health of my teeth and gums, instead of making feel bad about the state of my oral hygiene. High Quality service, very friendly I like everything about Bay Smiles dentistry except they need to explain their cost better. I had a cap put on a tooth, paid for that. I eventually had to get a root canal done on that same tooth and was told one price expecting to have to pay only that amount of money. it was done in two phases and you pay for each phase separately which was not explained. the two different phases was explained but not an additional charge for the second phase.
