First of all very professional and friendly that made me feel comfortable and appreciate it. I like the atmosphere that make me have faith in them. I'm so glad I found this place because unfortunately in my lifetime I went through so many dentist and I finally found one that I can trust. Thank God☺

Very impressed with the new technogy of receiving a crown. The experience was quite unique and saving of time was unreal! I was in and out with new crown in less than 2 hours! Staff is friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. G. your the greatest!
My temporary bridge fell out at lunch yesterday about 11 am so I called Dr. Melzer's office and was given a 12 pm appointment. It was fixed and I was back on the road with my day in no time flat. They refused to take further payment. This office is the best!!!
Best around! I've been to several Dentists in the area. Bay Smiles' team is the best. Friendly, professional and yet playful. Makes my least favorite body maintenance checkup experience sooooo much better. Not one slip during the dreaded pick and scrape portion of the visit (my least favorite part of a cleaning). Give them a try!
Wonderful office staff and great dentist. I was a little dubious about going to a new dentist, however, from the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and treated like family. All aspects of my procedure were explained to me in a professional and caring way. I felt at ease the entire time.
Teeth cleaning I arrived at 8:50 for a 9:00 appointment to get my teeth cleaned.....great job cleaning my teeth....love Dr. G. he is the best dentist ever!!.....howerver I was not called back until 9:15.......I arrive on time and would appreciate being called back on time.....especially at an early appointment when usually no one is running behind already. Just constructive advice.
Wonderful Experience First I have to say, Dental work & I have always had a truly horrid relationship. Starting w/ that initial phone call I was immediately put at ease. Darlene was so helpful and courteous, and got me in right away, explaining that as a first time patient what the initial cost would be and what services would be provided, from the xrays,, exam, consult & cleaning. Professional, friendly, caring Everyone made me very comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional and caring. My appointment was on time and every one did a great job, from the receptionist, Xray tech, dentist and hygienist. It was a pleasant experience.
