Friendliest staff ever! I hadn't gone to the dentist in such a long time, I'm embarrassed to say. Because of that I was dreading my appointment. The staff made me feel so comfortable. My cleaning was painless and went so much better than I could have hoped. My husband had a tooth pulled and said it was 100 times better than his last experience at another dentist. This team is awesome, and I strongly recommend them to anyone.
My first consultation was highly emotional for me. Dr. Miller was great and understood the situation. Promised me I would fell no pain. Dr. Miller was correct. I do not even remember going to the office or the procedure. My level of pain was nothing like I thought it would be. This is day five and I have only taken one douc of children's ibprofen. Best part was Dr. Miller was able to save the implant. This has been the best experience and outcome I could have ever hoped for.
Emergancy visit, very professional I had a crown fall off at 5:30 in the afternoon and called the office. The receptionist, who was super friendly, did not hesitate to go ask the doctor if he could see me. Within minutes she came back to the phone and said make your way here and he will fit you in. When I got to the office the staff and doctor went out of there way to make me feel welcomed. Without hesitation they called me back and I was in and out within 25 minutes. Love Tiffany = great hygienist Always enjoy having my teeth cleaned by Tiffany. She does a great job - besides being very professional and cheerful - she is fun to talk with. It's a pleasure spending that hour with her. On the other hand, I was a bit offended by the "broken appointment policy" paperwork that needed to be filled in before my appointment - very detailed information.
