Very pleasant and helpful staff! Dr Grandy was very personable and I felt relaxed talking to him and his staff. Would certainly recommend him to my friends!
Doctor's on Point The guys in the office are amazing! They listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I'm gratefull for them. The xray lady shouldn't work in customer service, she wasn't very nice. But, other than that, I had an overall great experience. I'll give the xray lady the benefit of the doubt, but I'm a fairly pleasant person, and easy to get along with, there was no reason for her demeanor, shortness, acted like I was a burden/problem, didn't want to answer my questions. Dental Cleaning Kathy is very thorough & makes sure that she listens to you. She made my teeth feel well cared for & suggested an electric toothbrush I could buy to help keep my teeth cleaner in between cleanings.

I drive 5 hours to come back to see Dr. Grandy and staff! I have been coming to see these dentists for over 16 years, since I was a little kid, and my mom and I live out of town now and she flies from Sedona, Az to see Dr Gangwisch and I drive 5 hours from Jacksonville for every visit to see Dr. Grandy.
