I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My wife is in Baybrooke Village Care and Rehab Center for skilled nursing. What I liked best was the fact that she had RNs around her all the time and regular visits from doctors. The food's not bad, and they have a program for the people. She's in a shared room and has a roommate. It's a pretty large room, and she has half the room. There are two nice windows for her to look out of and a good TV. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This place is awesome. My husband has been there about a month. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely seem to care about his recovery. The place smells good and is always clean. Food is not five star but very good. I highly recommend this place.

I am/was a resident of this facility THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF, NURSING STAFF, REHABILITATIVE STAFF, DIETARY STAFF, REHAB PHYSICIANS, HOUSE PHYSICIANS, ACTIVITIES, PATIENT/RESIDENT TRANSPORT SERVICES, HOUSEKEEPING STAFF ARE THE VERY BEST. THE REHAB DEPARTMENT IS THE VERY BEST PROVIDING ONE ON ONE CARING SERVICES TO ME AND OTHER RESIDENTS. GRACE FROM OT AND CALVIN FROM PT WERE MY FAVORITES! I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom has been there for 6 years, the place has seen it’s ups and downs. The current staff and administration are awesome. Valerie is the new event coordinator and there is always something going on that includes all the residents. The new admin Chris has a no tolerance attitude and puts up with nothing. The generation of today is lazy and need to be watched 24/7, so that makes it harder to run smoothly. This place is great.

I am/was a resident of this facility I would like to comment on my recent stay at Baybrooke Village and the kind and the expert care of one tech. Miss Denise made my stay there the best it could be. She is both professional and the most knowledgeable of all the other care that was given. Please know that I appreciated Miss Denise more than I can say. Suzenne Cloud

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father was recently a patient at this facility. I am very pleased with the care provided from the clinical staff at Baybrooke. Dad was very happy with his nurses and nurse aides that cared for him. He said the food was good and they even cooked his meals outside his room. He said it felt like he was in a hotel. The management team was very helpful and their customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad is currently on hospice care and recently came to Baybrooke for a 5 day respit visit. He couldn't stop talking about the staff and how nice it was there... This is huge for him! His last respit visit was nothing but complaints and wanting to go home. But all last week he was peppier than he's been in awhile, talking about a nurse from Florida and how nice it was that they took him outside for some fresh air. I am/was a resident of this facility the rooms are bright band roomy. ther staff is very professional and courteuds. The therapy drepasrtment is very competent/. and they have all modern equipment. the food is served hot and in generous portions. They havr variouis activitoies. movies. and trips outside the facilityy. A home away from home. Five statrs!!!!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Baybrook Village is an average nursing home facility. The biggest issue is the staff to patient ratio (this is typical). With that said, there are SO MANY wonderful people here that genuinely care about patients. Obi, Penny, Minnie, Cory, Ruthie, Wisdom and even the cook Napoleon. Not everything is perfect, but issues are quickly addressed when brought to the attention of administration.
