I am/was a resident of this facility I have been at this facility for two weeks for rehab followinng hip surgery. The staff has been very attentive to my well being. As far as the older residents I hav heard nothing but praise for the staff.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Review for Baybrooke My mother fell at a nursing home and suffered with a brain bleed for 9 days without being seen by a doctor. My mother, a native Spanish speaker but is bilingual, has been living at Baybrooke Village in McKinney, Texas since 2023. For the first 2 years it was fine and we believed she was getting the care she needed. I am/was a resident of this facility Baybrooke is simply awful, I had some clothes stolen, and I had a bottle of Hydrocodone (which I forgot was in my purse) stolen. I contracted 4 UTI's where I had to return to the hospital each time. This came from waiting hours to be cleaned up. Then I contracted COVID where they threw me in a room with no oxygen, nothing at all. My daughter came and saw my condition and called an ambulance. I am/was a resident of this facility Very not recommended. I just got back from a stay in the rehab area. Went in November 17th discharged Dec 7th. Was basically in isolation except for 2 days. I wound up getting covid. No pt except for in room during isolation, the pt given was things I was doing at home. Total waste of time. I'm a vegetarian and there were no vegetarian options

I am/was a resident of this facility This place is a joke! If you care about your family member find a better place because this is not it! If you or your family member is bed bound they just forget about you. Most of the staff is horrible. Nurse managers and director of social services are a joke also. I wish there was a way to give this place ZERO stars! Theh tell you if you have a problem to let them know. THEY DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT ANYWAYS!! They just sweep it under the rug. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Because of Covid time I have not been able to make sure my father has been taken care of. They do not take care of your loved ones unless you stay on top of them and that is hard to do when you can only communicate through a window. When his nails need clipped, I have to send multiple emails to multiple people asking for this basic task to be done and even then it's a 50/50 chance someone will do it. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My Dad was transferred to this facility after a bout with pneumonia for rehab. After TWELVE days, I finally received a call about his treatment plan. The staff is horribly undertrained and the maintain an understaffed facility. He was left in a diaper for three days and hadn’t had a shower for 3 days or been helped out of bed for the same duration when I insisted on taking him home. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother stayed here and had terrible service. She was ignored, not helped and experienced awful care. Her cellphone was stolen and the facility said it was our fault for having it not locked. She could not reach s land line and unable to physically lock it up. Baybroole did nothing to help us until I had the police involved. I would not recommend this facilty

I am/was a resident of this facility Baybrooke Village Care and Rehab Center used to be a hospital. The room I'm staying in is clean and nice looking, but it's more like a prison to me. The staff is undertrained. The food is terrible. They provide bingo and therapy.
