Verified Renter A good place to reside however a little noisy due to the proximity of the airport but one should of already taken that into consideration before moving here. I'm use to it being retired Air Force and living on different bases. A little too close to the coast especially during hurricane season. I think anywhere North of I-10 is a little more safe but so far after 3 years, no qualms.

Verified Renter I have lived here for almost ten years and the staff has always been great. The new maintance team is well above any maintance we have previously had. The gounds really have improved and look good now. I will be sad to move next year just when things are beginning to look up for our community.
