Verified Renter Ashton Park is a beautiful property and the location is close to schools, malls, grocery stores. The apartment layout is very spacious. Overall, I am very happy to be a resident.
Ashton Park For the price of my monthly rent, I could not ask for a better space. I have over 1000 square feet, 2br 2 full bath, washer dryer connections, and a patio with extra storage. Comparable apartments in this area cost 30 to 50 percent more. I would give this home 5 Stars except for a few messy neighbors who leave trash in the parking lot for maintenance to clean up.
Everything Never fix anything always something going on here either it’s shootings or cops or more and the weed smell is horrible and they wanna charge more for package pick up lockers which is bull crap we pay enough

Verified Renter Awful apartment complex, apartment was not even near renovated or ready to be move into. It was filthy will poor workmanship. I would not recommend a single person to live here.

Verified Renter I would never recommend anyone to live here and i am embarrassed that I do. I am embarrassed about the garbage at the dumpster and overall sorry appearance of the building, also shutters falling done and never get repaired.
mold is in theses apartment People should be and aware of these people doesn't fix anything.There's mildew in my bedroom bathroom and mold in the first bathroom. I have reported this and still nobody been to fix or remove the mold.People should ask questions about theses apartment before moving out here.
