We chose Baystate to install hardwood flooring and carpeting throughout our home. Every step of the way, we were thrilled with not only the product choices but the entire crew. Everyone from sales, management, delivery and installation proved to be very knowledgeable and prided themselves with great customer service. Our project had a few hurdles but were swiftly resolved with everyone being happy. I can highly recommend Baystate and the entire crew from the Chicopee location. WE LOVE OUR FLOORS!

Horrible service, rude installers, given the wrong floor plans for my house, told wrong materials ordered, on and on the stories go on. Never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life.
Do NOT ever use Baystate Rug and Flooring!!! I had a carpet done in my town house, it didn't wear well and has defects. Been fighting to have it fixed for over 3 years now. Joe the manager promised he would replace it and went back in his word. So so disappointed and dissatisfied. Terrible owner! No wonder why they can't keep their workers! I would NEVER recommend this company... terrible 👎👎
They installed my bedroom carpet, broke a wood closet door and did not tell us until I called, left a very noticeable seam in the middle of the carpet and I've been calling them for 3 days including the owner to see what their going to do and they do not call us back! Terrible company to do business with, stay away!
Moved into a house a year ago ... your company did our bathroom floor ... I have had major issues ... the floor is lifting ... I have called this whole year multiple times ... every time I get 'I'm new ... I will look into it' ... asked for manager ... always says 'not there' ... this is horrible for being a company local ... would not expect it from a local company for local residences
