Terrible service. I walked in their showroom this week and no one was there. After 15-20 minutes, I found a guy in the back room who said "I don't work here... well I do but I am on vacation. " he went upstairs to find the sales associate. We found a carpet I liked, but the sales associate wouldn't let me take the sample home. She said "someone took our other sample and it's our last one." She told me they might have enough carpet on a roll to complete my room, would have the warehouse measure it and call me back.
