Shout Out to the consistency of Customer service When I sign up with Birdeye, three years ago, I thought I would have drop their service after my contract. To my surprise, I have yet to fault the team in Birdeye a reputation management platform that helps small businesses like mine. My First 12 months I just renewed by subscription after our first 12 months after switching from another company with a similar platform.
