Absolutely love living at Beach Flats! The location is unbeatable, just minutes from the water and close to everything in Tampa. The units are modern and spacious, and the amenities make it feel like resort living. The rooftop lounge is my favorite spot for sunset views. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to call home!
I Love Beach Flats since the new management team recently took over. I have notice their response time and proactive maintenance has been a very welcomed change for me and my girls
Beautiful area but poor communication. I set an appointment to view the unit and no one was there to show me the unit. I called the agent she tells me she would be there in a few minutes, I waited an hour thinking maybe she got stuck in traffic. No call no show. Starting to think this was a scam. It’s unfortunate that a beautiful property has such poor communication.
I had a great experience at Beach Flats. The new owners are very responsive, I love their tenant app feature and the remodels are on point!
Never got the chance to live here, but this review is in regards to my experience working with the property manager, Melanie. My roommate and I were interested in living in the 2/2 unit at beach flat apartments, and after talking with one of the other property managers, were passed along to Melanie and put down a deposit to hold the unit for us.
