Hi, I just wanted to let you know Burnell Jordon at the River West saved me from being locked outside my building all night. My old fob (not the one I bought this past October) had fallen off my keychain and I didn’t realize it until I was outside the locked door of my building. It was about 1am Saturday night. I called the after hours number with my sister’s phone, and they said they would call someone for me. Burnell was the one who called me back, and he was able to help me get back in.
