I am a resident of 1280 West for 10 years now. I have seen many people come and go. Joe David is by far the best building engineer we have had and the building is better run that it has been in my decade here. During Joe’s tenure, he has had the parking garage update, the balcony project, the security system that does cover all floors and elevators, dealt with loading dock abuse, worked through the elevator modernization project, and changed out some doors far too low a grade for what they endured.
