"Pleasant experience " We really enjoyed our buying experience. Our sales consultant Steve pilbeam was very pleasent and well informative about the vehicle we purchased .Steve spent some 25 to 30 min. After the sale explaining each feature and assisting in programming.
"Looking for SUV " Mickey Dolan was recommended to us. He was very helpful in selecting the right vehicle for us we had priced similar models but the Jeep was the best for us.
"Great" I have worked with Mickey a couple times now and he is wonderful. Always going above and beyond to help with anything I might need!!
"2nd car purchase" This was our second car purchase from this dealership. We have worked with Mikey Dolan for both sales. He is absolutely fabulous in finding what you want, and getting you into that vehicle. I couldn't be more pleased and will continue to shop at this dealership and with Mikey Dolan.
"Awesome service" This is my second vehicle purchased with this store. Nice store, nice selection and great sales staff. Ron Radcliffe (Army Veteran) gave this old soldier great service. He showed us all of the ins and outs of the vehicle. There was even a flaw in the bumper that we noticed 24 hours after leaving the lot and they took care of it no questions asked. If you purchase your vehicle with them, you will not be disappointed.
"Jeepin in TN" Awesome customer service! They had the Jeep warmed up and ready when we arrived for a test drive. Ron was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and helped us get the best deal!
"Best Service " Mickey was our sales associate and he was more than helpful. He was polite and made sure we had the truck we wanted. We weren't even credit qualified and Mickey still got us in a 2019 Dodge Ram. We will make sure we spread the word and let others know to go see Mickey he will get you in the vehicle!
"Earned my sales & service for life." This was by far the best automobile purchase (2019 Jeep Cherokee I have ever made. From my AMAZING salesman to servicing my Jeep, these are the nicest most knowledgeable folks ever. I have owned about every car imaginable but now, I’m a Beaman Jeep customer for life.
"Used car purchase" Buying a car sometimes can be stressful, bur not this time. Friendly and courteous and we had a few laughs.I came down from Madison after seeing the car online.
