"fair deal" I had the unfortunate experience of my car catching on fire. So i was unexpectedly in the market for a new car. I did a lot of “shopping” on the internet before i put together a list of cars to test drive. I found a used Honda CRV at Beaman Dodge i like via the internet. I arrived at Beaman Dodge and was pleasantly greeted by Ron Radcliffe. We drove the SUV and then made a deal that was fair in my opinion without high pressure. "Quality and efficient Service New Jeep" Ron Radcliffe was very helpful in assisting me in getting the exact vehicle I wanted, even though they didn’t necessarily have all the customizations I wanted on their lot. They facilitated finding me exactly what they needed efficiently. They were personable and helpful, used texts to keep me up to date. Bought the vehicle and honest trade in value based on Kelley Blue book. Great experience. Great vehicle.
"Service" As always the service at Beaman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram was excellent and timely. It is always a pleasure taking my Ram in there. Will return at the next scheduled service e period.
"Great Car Buying Experience" As soon as I came in I was helped and greeted. My salesman Ron took great care of me. I was very hesitant and taking my time on making a decision on what to do since I knew I'd be upside down. Thankfully, Mikey and Ron came to further help me and answer any additional questions and concerns. They were extremely patient and helpful with me, I would highly recommend this dealership and Ron (Salesman).
