My 2 year old son loves going to swim class! The facility is very clean and the staff is great with the kids. We could not have picked a better place for my son's first swim lessons!

Continues to charge your account even after cancelling. After confronted about the unauthorized charge, now they’re saying a doctors note is needed to withdraw. Nowhere in their FAQs online about cancelling mentions needing a doctors note. Why would a doctors not be needed to cancel a voluntary swim membership??
Emily at this location was super rude. At discussing my concerns with her, she said “she wasn’t going to argue with me.” Might I remind you that this was my first visit and not a good experience or reflection at all. There is a thing called customer service and they both seemed to hate being there at the front desk. Probably should get in a different line of work if they don’t do well with people.
