If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Zero interest in anything but the money. Emergency equipment was expired or lacking. They don't properly train new hires. The DM and upper management in general is a complete joke. They cut CDC required cleaners in the middle of the pandemic due to "budget " which seems to be their go to excuse for everything. While the lessons themselves and instructors are great and my son loved coming here the communication and organization was lacking. My son was working on the same skills and earning the same patches two times in a row. When I inquired I got “oh they probably forgot to write it down.” Um, ok. When my son moved up to a new level requiring a class and time change they failed to tell us that because two students dropped from the class they cancelled the class. I have had my grandaughter at bear paddle for the past 3 years and have also seen how it has paid off to her robe involved in swim classes. She tries her hardest and is pleased that she has moved to 2 levels Thank you Bear Paddle

I called Thursday to ask about the $15 FB special I saw online. I saw the special only went through April 30th, and wanted to know if I paid for it now, if I had to start right away or when the classes would start. I wanted to enroll my daughter in the Wednesday night classes, but she is having surgery Monday 5/8, so I was tying to find out if I could have her start the week after or what I could do.
