In December Beau reached out to me regarding locking in my rate. I had a few questions but definitely wanted to move forward and requested the paperwork. I never received the paperwork to lock in the rate. The rate back in December was 5.25 and we locked in June a 7.25 rate. Me never receiving that paperwork cost me thousands in the end. closing delay. UW asking too much paperwork and not advise closing won't happen on same day. Alot of problem with KB builder. No communication with title company, seller, superintended, sales person and everything is sucks. Very bad procrastination with scheduling for tape walk and final walk and closing date. Very last minute advise. KB should just spent more money to push people to work like Dream Finder home or others. Not being cheap with products and also sourcing.

The communication was awful. The experience delay, after delay, resulted in various credit checks which hurt our credit. Only for KB to rush a close on a house that still is not complete. It feels as if the sales, loans, and construction teams do not communicate whatsoever. Having to submit the same financial paperwork multiple times, including the day of closing due to lack of communication and unrealistic closing timelines/closing dates by KB. We where very disappointed that we did not have better communication about our loan. We had 4 different loan processors, they was dropping like flies. Communication with the Loan Processors was awful and disappointing to work with. It was a nightmare. Beau did a great job, but the loan processors, was not fun to deal with. They lost our stuff, and kept doing job checks way to much hassling with a Corporate company that could cost someones job. The requirement was 2 job checks they did 4 or more.
