Responding to emails or texts when received. Better communication between Jayne C, so buyers and potential buyers do not receive the same questions multiple times. Our realtor reached out to you several times in an attempt to alleviate some of stress and misunderstandings from us, but never received a call, text or email back from you.

I think the company as a whole needs to go to school to reteach the people I had to deal with. Putting Beau upfront when things don't go her way ws a huge mistake. We at the last day or the day of closing, had to re verify My daughters employment. That could have been done 2 days prior. I just would like it to be known that I would never deal with KB personally after the 1st time that I bought a house from KB. They have problems far beyond mortgages, like homes that require work after buying it

Rates were still too high and I was pushed into closing before my house was complete with the threat that the builder was going to cancel my contract and keep my deposit if I didn't close the day they wanted me to close. Strange way to treat a customer. It is my closing and money. They weren't done with the house (and still aren't). That was considerable unethical behavior on the part of the builder. If I had been dealing with an outside loan officer I don't believe I would have been bullied
