Frustrated I signed a disclosure over 4 years ago about having Saturday visits I had an emergency and couldn't make it now I have been forbidden to have another appointment on a Saturday.

There’s a lack of communication. This has been the second time I’ve been misinformed with treatment plans. Highly upset patient and will I change dental offices.

They changed my appointment a total of 3 times in one day The only issues I had was that my email appointment said one time and they actually told me they gave my appointment away and put someone else in my slot then they gave me a later appointment time with out my knowledge I don't think this was professional at all. I even called the day before my appointment to confirm the location which also change with out my knowledge. Just to many changes with the appointment after it was set 6 months in advance.

Terrible work My experience was not good. Do not recommend. Do not stand by their work. Currently having all work redone. Run!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I found both Dr. Latham and Office Manager Vickie Turnbow to be extremely boorish, unprofessional and discourteous.

Money over Molars I personally felt money was the main focus over my oral health. I heard conversations about billing, pricing and pretty much who was going to be more profitable vs who ( staff) would be working overtime. I can't go back. Keep money and changes for others private, no i don't know if I really need the work done that was suggested or was I just another bill to be issued.

Professional but..... I have been a customer of this business for a few years now. Today I called in severe pain due to a tooth I tried to have pulled twice at this dentist office but could not. I stated I was in pain and could come by after work but was told we are booked!!! A person with severe tooth pain does not want to hear we are booked by their dentist. I was so heartbroken and still in pain. As of today, I am in search of a new dentist.
