Worst service I've ever experienced I will NEVER go back to this place! After being in the office for well over an hour, I had not gotten any service other than an x-ray. The doctor comes in to discuss and I agree to the service I would receive. After a few minutes of waiting once again, the receptionist comes to inform me that I would have a $50 co-pay. Office Visit I have been going to that office since 2008. The way the office is managed has changed and I am not impressed with the service. I had an appointment to clean my teeth and was told to do X-Rays so that the doctor can check on the condition of my teeth. I was reluctant to sign the papers since I was not informed in advance they will do X-Rays. They did the X-Rays and no one discussed the result with me until I left the office.
