Great service Great service, good staff, very timely and they work with you financially!! The dentist is very knowledgeable & caring about her patients. This will be our dentist until my son becomes an adult!!
Unprofessional staff and dentist Can't remember what they tell you from previous appts. All about money. Discuss patients and judge when you come in door. Very Unprofessional and unorganized .Dentist try to talk to you like she is not on the clock and she is rude to staff
Unprofessional staff and dentist Dentist is very rude when wrong. Staff talk about patient's I will never take my kid's here again and they have attended for 3yrs but enough is enough. bad vibe period. Son went a whole yr and change with chipped tooth because dentist lied when 1St went to her to get it fixed and tried to make me pay out of pocket for some his insurance would pay for. The worst since I've been coming... This has had to have been my worst experience since I've been coming here for one I hate when people tell me I said something that I know I didn't n for 2 for u to be a so called professional women with paying clients rather it be cash, Medicaid, or any other insurance carrier you are still be paid for the services you are conducting so for u to speak to me with your back turned and on top of that have an attitude really rubbed me the wrong way I could have stool to Dr.Exhols level and bee... read more
The Dentist needs to learn how to speak to people and not be so rude. How is it the parents are not allowed to come back and speak with dentist about the service thats about to be rendered? Do the children speak for themselves? I will not be returning.
The dentist had no beside mannor very rude and preoccupied!
Unfriendly front desk assistant I think the dental procedure was well performed and doctor was friendly and professional,But how ever the front desk assistant was very rude and unprofessional and not friendly.Nice clean office,but front desk needs to be change to make people feel more welcome.Instead of the dead face not professional at all,but my son likes it there
Rude front desk employee I always have a wonderful visit. The experience I had today was not that great I expressed concerns to front desk and recieved attitude in return she must have been new. But overall I have great visits with my kids I love the dr. She is awesome.
