not very friendly in the AM In the office the people were not very friendly. No one was smiling or being pleasant. it seemed like a job. It looked like they did not want to be there.
I was a little disappointed, given that they had lost my son information and I had to redo him in the system. Someone was not on their job that day. The service was quick.
Long Wait I was very disappointed in the wait time that my daughter and her father experienced this morning. He arrived at 8:07am and wasn't called back until 9:23am.He was told upon arriving that the kiosk wasn't up and working and was not asked to sign in to approximately 40 minutes later. Everyone's time is valuable and no one should have to spend over an hour to be called in the back office to get started.
