We have since expanded to 15 stores with locations throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Sarasota Counties. Rachael Francis, the manager was extremely attentive and helpful in my choice of a mattress. I went to several places shopping for best mattress and best price. Bed pros is by far the BEST! I’ve waited years to sleep so soundly! I love my new mattress! The delivery time and process went very well! The delivery employees were great too! Very kind and helpful. The people at Bed Pros set a fine example on how every shopping experience should be!

Ordered the mattress on Tuesday afternoon it was delivered 24 hours later. The two young men that came to deliver it were excellent and very personable. They made sure the height was right for my elderly mother and they took away the old mattress. Did a great job !!! Rachel the district manager at the store was amazing to work with couldn’t ask for any better service. Wey very happy with our purchase.

The sales rep that I worked with, Eric, was very knowledgeable on all the product lines. He asked the right questions to understand exactly what my needs were. He helped accommodate my budget by giving me relevant information to make the decisions that I needed. He also appropriately dealt with other customers coming in, taking time to answer their question, and not leave them standing for a long period of time. Eric was very courteous and friendly. I would definitely purchase from this location again.

Mattress shopping was super easy. Eric greeted me as I walked in the door. Heard what I was looking for and took me to 4 great options. A couple questions later and tried them all out, I was at the front desk picking a delivery date! In and out in about 30 minutes. Fantastic service!
