My father and I went mattress shopping at bed pros after having a bad experience at a big box store. Upon arriving, we met Joe the store manager, who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Great looking store with a large selection of beds, they have all new models on display. Our mattress purchase was very easy, even though my husband was hesitant at first. The delivery is next week and we are very excited to get our new bed. Joe and Aaron were very knowledgeable and honest men, they won't steer you wrong. Definitely the best place to buy a Tempurpedic mattress! I highly recommend this store!
My husband and I hate shopping for a mattress, but it was time for us to replace the old one. We checked google reviews and decided to go to a few bed stores. This location by far was the best in the type of mattresses and availability out of all the stores. Their customer service is second to none. Joseph, the manager was on top of his game, he made sure that the delivery time was as scheduled and he even tracked the truck to give us a heads up. And best of all, we love our new bed!

This was by far the quickest we have ever bought a bed before. Joe was a total professional. He took time to answer all our questions and show us the features and benefits of all items we looked at. This was not what I was expecting when we walked in I am used to salespeople doing the hard sell to get you to buy. Joe actually listened to us and gave us all the info for us to buy a bed, not to be sold a bed. I highly recommend this man and his store
