very happy with my experience at Bedford Periodontal. The doctor was extremely professional, thorough and very easy to talk to. Her staff was great too ! I would highly recommend.
I ended up at Bedford Periodontal and Dental Implant Care by chance via a referral from my dentist for an urgent gum situation that ended up requiring surgery unexpectedly. I cannot say enough how wonderful Dr. Cynthia Tsamtsouris and her entire staff were to me. They squeezed me in for an appointment without any issues and, when Dr. Tsamtsouris discovered that I needed surgery, she and her assistant stayed 45 minutes late after the office closed to make sure I received the care I needed. I have had a great experience with this dentist.
I’ve been a patient for three years now and half way through my second implant. My experience has been 100% positive. One is greeted by Becky who is very kind and very capable of resolving any issue or answering most questions that arise. Dr Tsamsourus is also very kind, very competent and will take the time necessary to fully explain situations without leaving one feeling rushed. I’m more familiar with dental work than I care to admit, one is in greats hands under the care of Dr Tsamsouris...
Everything was great. I had no pain at all.
The staff is very nice and personable. They explain what they are doing step by step and make sure you are comfortable. Also, the equipment and tools are state of art. In addition, they are very accommodating iin regard to scheduling appointments. Great experience!! Highly recommended!
Every one in the office was pleasant. Went in for a consult and they were very thorough.
