Beside getting a cleaning which was done at their usual high standard, I also had a problem with medication while in their office. The staff was there to help with full resourcefulness. I appreciated that very much. The level of professionalism is the highest.

For me someone who fears the dentist the experience made me feel more at ease than I ever have in the dentist. From the receptionist to the assistant and the dentist each made me feel comfortable. I would recommend going here to anyone. I am honestly glad I went and that is huge for me because I don't remember the last time I was in a dental office. Everyone was great. I would have taken care of my teeth along time ago if I had this kind of experience
I recommend Bedford Periodontal and Dental Implant Care where I have been a patient for four years. Doctor Cynthia Tsamtsouris and her staff communicate clearly and provide care that is state of the art and caring.
Dr. T was very concerned about "my experience", understanding that visiting the periodontist is generally not a happy event. I told her that I wanted to understand what was going on during the procedure (to decrease my anxiety). She has a lovely bedside manner and great rapport with her assistant Ellie.
Always good cleaning. And answering my many questions! Know I'm in expert hands. Plus everyone is cheerful.
