My experience at Bedford Periodontal and Dental Implant Care was incredible! The staff is super friendly and professional, and they make you feel welcome and important. I had a gum graft and frenectomy and during the surgery I felt relaxed, safe, and I had almost no pain. After the surgery they gave me the general recovery procedures, but what was great was that they called a few hours later to check up on me to make sure I was alright. I will truly miss having having Dr Tsantasautus as my periodontist as well as her entire staff. The cleanings I had from the hygienist were better than any others Everyone was efficient & friendly. I recommend this periodontal office to everyone.
The office staff (Becky) is so friendly and helpful with any possible need I had. The hygienist (Tawnya)was thorough and professional. I had issues that were a bit peculiar that they were so wonderful handling. Dr. Tsamtsouris was fantastic! She went above and beyond for me. She even came in to the office when it was closed to address an issue with the gum surgery I had. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. Professional, personal and efficient!
I was referred by Dr Coldwell in Lexington. Dr. Tsamtsaris, Ellie, Tawnya and Becky have to be the nicest people around. I have the worst anxitiy and all of the staff were very kind and understanding, they explained step by step what was going to happen. 100 stars to all of them!

I was referred here by my dentist for a potential tooth problem. I got an appointment right away. I was in a lot of pain and the tooth was removed immediately as it could not be saved. The care was superb and the doctor and her assistant were wonderful and compassionate. The follow up care was just as good. I would recommend this office to everyone.
I was extremely nervous about having gum surgery. However, Dr. Tsamtsouris and Ellie made me feel comfortable and patiently answered all of my numerous questions. Becky also made me feel at ease. I will recommend Bedford Periodontal and Dental Implant Care to friends and family.
I am someone who has been terrified of the dentist for all 75 years of my life. I was recommended to see Dr. Tsamtsouris and I was concerned because she was a periodontist and i had never seen a dental specialist before. But, as soon as i came into the office i was greeted by a friendly receptionist that made me feel right at home and then the dental assistant continued in the same manner introducing me to the doctor who was charming and very approachable and made me feel at ease with all of my concerns.
