I have to say every visit I have had has been pleasant. Becky the receptionist is very nice and greets everyone with a smile. Tanya was fantastic, she is gentle and thorough and really seems to care for her patients I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to all of you for being so caring
I have always been nervous about periodontal procedures until I met Dr Tsamtouris. Her excellent clinical skills and caring manner have made tough appointments a breeze!! Her staff is also great!!!
I highly recommend Bedford Periodontics, which is not like other dental practices. The place itself is beautiful and serene and the staff gentle and caring rather than brisk or indifferent. The medical technology and techniques appear to me, a layman, state-of-the-art. Doctor Tsamtsouris explains exactly what she is doing as she does it, which I have always found reassuring. From beginning to end my experience was incredible, My first visit was on a cold snowy morning with a long drive to the office. I am a patient that has anxiety attacks whenever I have dentist appointments, even though I have spent years in the dentist chair, that morning nothing changed. Amazing first visit! Dr. Tsamtsouris and her team are welcoming, friendly, professional and put you right at ease! The patient experience is definitely their priority. Would absolutely recommend.

Beside getting a cleaning which was done at their usual high standard, I also had a problem with medication while in their office. The staff was there to help with full resourcefulness. I appreciated that very much. The level of professionalism is the highest.
